Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Associate, Web Analytics based out of our Manchester office. This role reports to Marketing Operations and focuses on leveraging Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to measure, monitor, and surface insights across the web ecosystem.
About the Team
The team operates as a centre of excellence to ensure best practices in digital analytics and reporting are followed across all Fitch brands and regions, with the goal of optimising marketing performance, conversion, and ROI.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify trends, friction points, and anomalies across channels and customer journeys to generate actionable insights and testable hypotheses.
- Build proactive, data‑backed recommendations that improve marketing performance, conversion, and ROI.
- Partner with Marketing and cross‑functional teams, capturing their business questions through regular meetings, and translate them into clear analytics requirements and measurement plans.
- Develop clear dashboards and reports that communicate trends, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Proactively detect tracking issues and gaps in the data capture strategy; define data layer requirements and measurement frameworks; recommend enhancements to ensure complete, reliable, and privacy‑compliant data.
- Act as the primary digital analytics support across Fitch Group brands; deliver training to enable a self‑serve analytics model and evangelise performance measurement and optimisation across Fitch Group.
You May be a Good Fit if
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to define tracking and analytics requirements, and partner with developers to implement them.
- Strong understanding of digital data infrastructure and data layers.
- Advanced skills in dashboarding and data visualisation.
- Practical use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, QA, insight generation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

- Confident presenter with the ability to showcase insights, recommendations, and results to diverse audiences.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Tracking experience with tag management systems (Adobe Data Collection/Launch, Google Tag Manager), including event tracking and governance.
- Familiarity with consent management platforms and privacy‑compliant measurement.
- Knowledge of site UX analytics tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
- Experience analysing experimentation data for conversion rate optimisation.
