We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.
Working closely with our Pitch and Business Development teams, this role will support with pitch related activities such as updating marketing collateral, producing proposal materials and managing data. This role is being recruited for on a fixed-term contract basis, ending April 2026. The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Senior Marketing Assistant in the Pitch team, you will work closely with the Pitch Support Team (PST) and global Business Development (BD) teams providing day-to-day support for all pitch related activities. This will include:
