VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Senior Marketing Assistant for a leading global law firm.

This role is Hybrid Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home).

This is a Monday - Friday position - Permanent role.

Salary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for all pitch related activities.
• Produce first draft proposal, pitch presentations and credential statements, in line with quality standards.
• Ensure all proposal information is uploaded to the central CRM system in a timely manner.
• Capture and maintain all relevant matter information from fee earners in the relevant practice groups.
• Publish marketing descriptions and ensure all CVs are up to date and accurate.
• Work with relevant BD manager(s) to update credential documents with significant deals/experience, awards, personnel etc.
• Maintain a library of pitch tools and guides in conjunction with the Pitch Support Team.
• Assist with opportunity capture, reporting and maintenance pitch content when required.
• Produce client-related research and analysis.
• Support the organisation of client specific events, entertainment and client training.
• Develop and distribute internal communication for the Business Development team.

The Ideal Person

• Experience in a Marketing position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail as well as excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

• Experience of working in a similar role in a professional services environment (law firm or other professional services provider is preferred).
• Knowledge of a law firm and relevant product areas would be advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in Marketing/Business, or with equivalent work experience.
