Location - London or Milton Keynes (minimum of two days a week in the office. You can do more than two days if preferable) plus some ad hoc travel
Reporting to - Executive Director, Marketing and Public Affairs
Band -
Salary - £63,000 - £69,000 (depending on location and proven ability) - pro rata if part time
Working hours - Full time (9 day fortnight) - We welcome discussions on alternative working patterns, such as part-time arrangements, job share etc to better accommodate individual needs and promote a healthy work-life balance. Please feel free to discuss these options with your recruiter.

In realising this ambition, the Connected Places Catapult has established 3Ci – cities commission for climate investment alongside our core partners at Core Cities and London Councils. 3Ci is attracting national and international interest as a mechanism and model to drive low carbon investment in cities. In achieving this 3Ci seeks to; support UK cities in achieving their Net Zero ambitions, attract and unlock private and public finance, and seize the opportunity to stimulate growth in green jobs and business.
Purpose of the role
3Ci is looking for a multi-faceted B2B marcoms specialist to increase awareness in 3Ci and raise engagement across its five work programmes; Net Zero Neighbourhoods, National Net Zero Project Pipeline, Investible Cities, Regional Investor Events as well as Local and Regional Investment Innovations.
The role will be responsible for creating the communications strategy and defining, managing and implementing the communications plan. The postholder will liaise and network with key partners and stakeholders across our local authority networks (including, Core Cities, London Councils, Scottish Cities Alliance and Key Cities), as well as our investor community and government departments and its agencies.
This role sits within Connected Places Catapult's marketing team, with dotted line reporting to the 3Ci leadership team. We welcome part-time and job-share applications.
