Position Overview

We are seeking a fun, creative, and energetic individual to join our head office team. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and experience in a previous marketing roles demonstrating successful previous campaign(s) with clear KPI understanding. As the organisation continues to grow there is potential for this role to develop into a Head of Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage all output across all social platforms and in-house marketing, including websites, newsletter, and print collateral.
  • Implement clear and concise planning and strategy for week-by-week community engagement with a view to building relationships with our young, sociable user-base.
  • Be a digital ambassador when attending in-person social events with key influencers.
  • Collaborate with the directors, head of entertainment, business development manager and venue managers to plan, create, produce, and deliver fun, market-leading events and content with clear deadlines to a closely managed calendar.
  • Manage the social media & marketing executive to create fun and engaging content that our users will love and share.
  • Manage the internal marketing budget and collaborate with external brand budgets.
  • Form relationships with external agencies and designers to generate PR coverage and create artwork.
  • Manage and brief external designers to generate best in class artwork.
  • Collate key data to analyse and report monthly and quarterly to directors.
  • Grow social media channels to reach new audiences.
  • Identify and work with key influencers in the areas we operate.
  • Have a good awareness of market trends and competitor campaigns.

  • Willingness to Learn:While previous industry experience is preferred, we’re more interested in your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn about the brand. We’ll provide the training you need to become a Records Bars pro!

Additional Information:

  • The role will be hybrid based at our Head Office in Clapham Common, with on-site days across our venues, and one day per week (Tues-Thurs) from home
  • 40 Hours Per Week, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm with flexibility within this to attend on site client events.

Qualifications:

  • Level: minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken – and an enjoyment and aptitude for writing.
  • Confident with the managing campaigns, a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed expectations.
  • Proactive approach to work, your duties and learning.
  • A self-motivated person who is passionate about succeeding in Hospitality marketing.
  • Great interpersonal skills, positive can-do attitude and warm personality.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  • High level of I.T skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well under time pressure.
