We are recruiting a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive to support the execution of marketing and business development plans for the Construction Advisory & Disputes (CAD) team, aiming to enhance our reputation and grow revenue in a key market.

This role involves supporting the creation and market introduction of CAD propositions, collaborating across teams, and contributing to sector activities. You will work with team members on initiatives such as events, collateral updates, communications, and profile-raising campaigns, while gathering market information to boost engagement.

This position can be based in any UK office, with standard hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are open to flexible working arrangements.

Candidate Overview

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience at a Senior Marketing and BD level, or exceptional quality at an executive level, preferably within the legal industry or similar partnership environments
  • Ability to lead content creation for various outputs including capability documents, client brochures, pitches, thought leadership campaigns, and social media
  • Experience managing client-facing events and establishing new events based on trends or hot topics
  • Trustworthy advisory experience with senior stakeholders such as Partners, providing advice, guidance, and constructive challenge
  • Experience managing sector-specific trade memberships to maximize opportunities
  • Ownership of the role with minimal supervision, managing a complex workload, staying updated on news and trends, and adopting new technologies (e.g., AI)
