Job summary

Haskoning seeks a senior structural/civil marine engineer to develop design solutions for maritime civil structures in ports and shipyards. You will lead projects, liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute from inception through to demolition and reuse.

You will manage small/medium projects or act as Technical Manager on larger assignments, guide junior staff, and ensure compliance with design codes while delivering high-quality reports and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to present to teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior staff.
• Experience liaising with multi-disciplinary teams on maritime projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering design solutions for maritime civil structures in ports/shipyards.
• Carry out inspections and surveys; prepare design calculations and review others' work.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, Contract Documents, and Specifications.
• Contribute to project stages from inception to construction and beyond.
