Job summary

Qualifications
- Senior Officer Certificate of Competency or undergraduate degree in a relevant maritime field.
- Advanced Gas Tanker endorsement - preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and govern fleet PMS strategies, maintenance routines, equipment master data and MOC processes.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, analyse defects and trends, and implement reliability-driven actions.
- Support dry-dock planning, technical work specifications, contractor coordination and execution support.
- Deliver technical projects, modifications and lifecycle improvements within budget and schedule.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and technical performance analytics for visibility.
- Maintain controlled PMS documentation and training materials.
