Job Title: Senior MWS Engineer
Location: London, Aberdeen, Glasgow, or Newcastle

What will you be doing?

• Lead engineering and Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) projects, ensuring they meet both quality and budget expectations.




• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing and reviewing MWS documentation and advising on critical project risks.




• Attend on-site operations and vessel projects to approve installations, issue certifications, and support on-the-ground decision-making.




• Conduct independent calculations to verify project submissions, ensuring robust accuracy and risk minimization.




• Engage in client and contractor collaborations, sharing expert advice and enhancing project safety through rigorous hazard analysis.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 
  Qualified in Naval Architecture or a related field, with extensive offshore construction/operations experience.




• Familiar with Marine Warranty Surveyor responsibilities and structural/hydrodynamic design.




• Able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients and teams.




• Experienced with technical software and project financials; able to prepare and deliver project proposals.




• 
  Determined and proactive in identifying and advising on new business opportunities.
