Allen & York Ltd is seeking a Senior/Principal Marine Environmental Consultant to lead a diverse portfolio of marine environmental projects from offices in Farnham or Cardiff, with remote working considered. The role focuses on delivering environmental assessments, consenting, and client-focused solutions for offshore energy and marine infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Environmental Science or a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrable experience delivering marine environmental assessments and consenting solutions.
• Strong project management, including client relationships and project delivery.
• Experience liaising with regulators, statutory consultees and other stakeholders.
• Excellent technical, analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Desirable: chartership or membership of a relevant professional body.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of marine environmental projects across EIA, SEA and HRA.
• Provide environmental consenting and permitting solutions for offshore energy/marine infrastructure.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, programmes and client relationships.
• Liaise with regulators and stakeholders throughout the consenting process.
• Offer specialist marine environmental advice across disciplines.
• Support projects across subsea cables, offshore renewables, and oil & gas.
• Identify opportunities to develop services and grow business.
