What the day will look like

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with insurers and underwriters to develop relationships
• Providing technical advice to clients, branches, and colleagues
• Presenting terms to clients and networks
• Reviewing, building, and improving submissions
• Managing client relationships (direct clients and/or network)
• Providing benchmarking and placement advice to clients
• Placing and administering global risks
• Producing, delivering, and assisting with tenders
• Supporting the development goals and daily functions of the UK Marine Team

How this opportunity is different

The UK Marine Broking team comprises 5 Placing Brokers working alongside 5 Marine Client Managers, each with different strengths in Marine Insurance placement. We are looking for someone to enhance the team's capabilities.

The business primarily involves UK-based clients, including global placements and EU placements supported by Aon Belgium BV secondees. There is strong communication and support within the team.
