Greenjets is seeking a Tooling Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design and development of production tooling for engine and aircraft assembly. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing and industrialisation, delivering tooling solutions that improve build quality and throughput.
You will design tooling, fixtures and assembly aids, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure tooling is robust, safe and production-ready from prototype through to scaled production.
Greenjets is building the future of sustainable aviation. As we scale next-generation propulsion and aircraft assembly programmes, we are looking for a Tooling Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design and development of production tooling used across engine and aircraft assembly operations.
This is a hands‑on engineering role at the intersection of design, manufacturing and industrialisation - ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex assembly challenges and creating tooling solutions that directly impact production performance.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing tooling solutions that support the assembly of engines, structures and aircraft systems. Working closely with manufacturing, design and production teams, you’ll ensure tooling is robust, repeatable, safe and production-ready.
From early prototype builds through to scaled production, you’ll play a key role in enabling efficient and high-quality assembly processes.
