Job summary

Humand Talent’s client is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join the Operations team. You will build and test high-precision assemblies, work with engineers to resolve challenges and help improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

You will play a key role in delivering products on time, creating build documentation, and contributing to BOMs and production planning while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling or testing complex technology products.
• Proven ability to work with optical, electro-mechanical or precision systems.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and build records.
• Experience supporting products through development and manufacturing lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and test complex, high-precision assemblies and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify challenges and devise practical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Create build procedures, test methods and technical records.
