A global aerospace technology firm is looking for a process standardization leader to enhance operational efficiency. You will identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices across international teams. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and experience in data analytics. The position is remote, offering flexibility and various benefits while requiring BPSS security clearance.
Essential Responsibilities
Be the critical standardization leader identifying opportunities to standardize and improve efficiency of the delivery metrics (SQDC in that order).
Perform data analytics and comparisons of Overhaul and repair shops data.
Devise change management strategies and implementation plan to setup the standard work model.
Engage with FLIGHT DECK leaders on eliminating the waste standard processes.
Work with the Digital team to digitize and automate the standard processes.
Influence the experts in the network to build a globally acceptable process for the standard network elements.
Influence the shops, cross functional teams in C&S for better outcomes and be an advocate and work towards adoption of standard work.
Be a site change agent for future evolutions of solution.
Drive cost savings at Repair and Overhaul shops
Define an effective communication process to communicate changes in standards.
Introduce measurements where changes are made and measure against the change.
Conduct regular audits at your located site for measurement against standards.
Required Qualifications
For UK based candidates, Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent (Manufacturing & Projects and Initiatives) experience.
For US based candidates, Bachelor’s Degree from an accreditedcollege or university and/or at least 5 years (Manufacturing & Projects and Initiatives) experience.
