Brellis Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced high-volume automotive setting in Wolverhampton. You will own process improvements, equipment buy-offs and engineering changes while collaborating with production and quality teams to sustain efficient and safe operations.

You'll work hands-on with automated processes, drive cost-down initiatives and support projects from introduction to shut-down activity, with a focus on maintaining OEE targets

Qualifications

• Formal engineering education with hands-on process improvement focus.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and high-volume environments.
• Understanding of PFMEA and quality standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieve OEE targets across availability, performance and quality.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis; implement improvements.
• Manage equipment buy-offs, engineering changes and cost-saving initiatives.
• Automate processes and reduce costs of current operations.
• Document and standardise procedures; ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and support daily management reviews.
• Develop, install, and validate new or modified equipment.
