Job summary

Turbine Aerofoils in the UK is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee aerofoil production across a European supplier network, driving yield improvements and cost reductions.

The role involves hands-on leadership at multiple supplier sites in the UK, Italy and Hungary, with significant travel and stakeholder management. Contract basis initially with a strong path to permanent employment, expected minimum 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing programs across multiple sites in aerospace/energy.
• Proven ability to drive yield improvements and cost reductions.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turbine aerofoil production across a European supplier network.
• Map movement volumes and quality data across sites in the UK, Italy and Hungary.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost.
• Manage cross-site projects and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
