Job summary

Turbine Aerofoils is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee aerofoil production across a European supplier network. You will map movement volumes and quality data, driving improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost.

Expect significant time at supplier sites in the UK, Italy, and Hungary, with a contract basis initially and a strong possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Engineering Manager level.
• Hands-on experience in turbine aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy components.
• Strong supplier management and project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Map true movement volumes and quality data across the supplier network.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase yield and reduce costs.
• Control turbine aerofoil manufacturing across multiple sites in Europe.
• Drive quality improvements across a network of supplier sites.
