SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

SPECIALIST MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Commutable from Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn, Cleveleys, and surrounding regions.

Work Schedule: Days – 4 Day Working Week

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000, including Medical Care, Matched Pension Scheme, and additional benefits.

Role Description
  • Experience and knowledge in component manufacturing, industrialisation, and validation, including activities such as Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, Control Plans, and First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on materials and developments.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working closely with customers and suppliers.
  • An engineering degree or relevant experience in fields such as mechanical, manufacturing, process, or general engineering.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings and 3D models to assess manufacturing capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and set objectives for self and team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
