Qualifications

• A degree or professional qualification is required.
• Delay analysis and claims experience are desirable.
• Experience with main contractor delivery of major projects and strong cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial teams and oversee budgets and contract administration.
• Procure subcontract packages and manage tender processes.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Handle variations, compensation events, delay analysis and loss/expense claims.
• Maintain client contact and represent the team at progress meetings.
