Senior/Managing Associate - EPIC Property - Bristol - 5+ years PQE

Location: Bristol Office (Hybrid & Flexible)

Type of Role: Full-time

Salary: £70,000 to £90,000

Chadwick Nott are happy to be supporting a leading national law firm in their search for an experienced Senior or Managing Associate to join their highly regarded EPIC Property team in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to work on nationally significant energy and infrastructure transactions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to lead complex, high-value property matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising developers, investors, and funders on property aspects of renewable energy projects including solar farms, wind farms, energy storage, and EV infrastructure
  • Leading strategic transactions that shape the UK's clean energy landscape
  • Delivering commercially astute legal advice and exceptional client service
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless delivery of multi-disciplinary projects
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a solicitor or associate with:

  • 5+ years PQE with a strong specialism in energy-related property matters
  • Experience gained within a national or large regional practice
  • Proven leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring junior colleagues
  • Strong client relationship skills and a commercial mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and sector development
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role based in the Bristol office. Hybrid working is supported through the firm's Flexible by Choice programme, subject to role and client requirements.
