Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation programmes for Wealth & Asset Management clients in the UK. You will shape solutions at the intersection of business strategy, technology and delivery, guiding senior stakeholders and EY leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive target state architectures, vendor strategies and robust business cases while leading multidisciplinary teams and growing the practice in EY's WAM Technology Consulting franchise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation in WAM or Financial Services
• Strong consulting skillset: stakeholder management, communication and problem solving
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large transformation programmes across wealth and asset management clients
• Define target state architectures and transformation roadmaps; advise on platform strategy
• Lead end-to-end WAM technology architectures including front office, data platforms and integration patterns
• Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder communications; ensure governance and quality
• Coach and develop project teams; support recruitment and asset development
