Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking a Senior Manager in WAM Technology Consulting to lead technology-enabled transformation programmes across wealth and asset management clients. You will shape solutions at the intersection of business strategy, technology and delivery, building trusted relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will drive large-scale transformations, modernise investment platforms and data ecosystems, and navigate vendor landscapes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation in WAM or Financial Services
• Strong consulting skillset: stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery & account growth across wealth and asset management engagements
• Develop target state architectures, transformation roadmaps, and business cases
• Lead end-to-end WAM technology architectures including front office, data platforms, and integration patterns
• Direct programme delivery, governance, risk management and stakeholder communications
• Coach and develop consultants and managers, supporting recruitment and knowledge sharing
