BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. (f/ka BeiGene) seeks Senior Manager, Veeva Enterprise Applications in Cambridge, MA:

Job Duties:

• Implement and deliver Enterprise applications.

• Facilitate sessions for Requirements gathering and design/configuration workshops.

• Manage effective Support and Operations of various Enterprise Systems.

• Liaise with vendors, Internal Teams, Functional partners, and the business to coordinate implementation activities.

• Serve as a Technology expert helping define and evolve the IT strategic Technology Roadmap.

• Manage system access for users and serve as System Manager on IT Change Control Boards.

Telecommuting is available for this position. Up to 25% domestic travel required per year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field and 4 years of experience in any IT Design, Implementation, and Analytics occupation

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Demonstrated ability with software development lifecycle (SDLC) gained through three (3) years of work experience; 2) Demonstrated ability working with IT Operations for business users in the pharmaceutical or life science industries gained through three (3) years of work experience; and 3) Demonstrated ability working with Enterprise Applications, specifically Veeva Vault, Workday, Concur, SAP, JIRA, Oracle, ComplianceWire or Microsoft 365 gained through three (3) years of work experience. All years of experience may be gained concurrently.

Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $175,000.00 - $212,000.00 per annum.

Salary Range: $134,800.00 - $179,800.00 annually

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
