The role of the Loans team is to assist in the development of residential housing through the deployment of development debt across the risk spectrum in order to deliver high quality homes in well-designed places. This team has the appetite and resources to shape the future of housing investment in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.

Job Description

Working in a team with the Head of Transaction Execution, the Senior Manager role will play a critical role in helping to deliver residential development transactions across the debt teams in the Investments division. You will be joining our highly skilled team of banking and real estate specialists, who are committed to making positive change in how we support the delivery of new housing.

This is a rare chance to shape the future of housing delivery in England in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders in a professional Transaction Execution team you will help ensure efficient, consistent and effective delivery of residential development finance.

Person specification

You'll be comfortable supporting the Loan Team (both the origination and the transaction execution teams) with your real estate expertise, helping to ensure that real estate due diligence for our transactions is correctly prepared and executed. Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Loans team. As an experienced real estate professional, you will need to engage with colleagues in a deal environement and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
