Job summary

KPMG UK in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transfer pricing engagements within the Private Enterprise Advisory team. You will combine technical TP expertise with commercial leadership to deliver multi-jurisdictional advice and build strong client relationships.

You'll coach colleagues, manage budgets and contribute to new opportunities, while guiding teams through complex engagements and ensuring high-quality, practical solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive transfer pricing expertise across advisory, documentation and tax authority enquiries.
• Strong commercial judgement, with evidence of evaluating risk and delivering practical solutions.
• Experience leading complex, multi-jurisdictional projects and managing budgets.
• Inclusive people leadership with coaching and development of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for sustainable growth in transfer pricing and support leadership in winning new work.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality transfer pricing advice across multi-jurisdictional engagements.
• Take ownership of complex engagements, delivering to scope, budget and timescale.
• Build trusted client relationships to generate feedback, repeat work and new opportunities.
• Oversee engagement finances, risks and governance to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, practical solutions.
• Apply sound judgement on risk and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop team capability through coaching and timely feedback.

Education

CTA/CA/ACA/ACCA qualification or relevant degree
