Are you a seasoned leader in Hard FM with a mechanical bias and a passion for delivering excellence in critical environments? This is a standout opportunity to join a major FM service provider as a Senior Technical Services Manager, overseeing the technical operations of a large, complex healthcare estate.

You’ll be responsible for leading technical teams across two hospital sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems.

Key Highlights:

• Strategic Leadership – Oversee and coordinate two Technical Services Managers and multi-skilled engineering teams, driving operational excellence.
• Technical Authority – Ensure compliance with HTMs, HBNs, statutory regulations, and PPM frameworks in a high-pressure, regulated environment.
• Client Engagement – Act as the senior technical point of contact, fostering strong, transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Operational Delivery – Manage KPIs, audits, lifecycle works, and project support while maintaining a strong performance culture.
• Senior Influence – Deputise for the Head of Technical and contribute to business-wide decisions and leadership forums.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced FM professional from a PFI or complex healthcare background
• Strong mechanical background (HNC/HND or ONC/C&G minimum)
• Deep knowledge of compliance, risk, and HTM/HBN standards
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (desirable)
