Job summary

BDO Digital seeks a Senior Manager to grow and deliver technology risk and governance services across the North of England, based in Manchester or Leeds. You will lead client engagements, shape regional growth, and mentor teams, delivering risk and governance insights in digital transformations.

The role requires senior-level client leadership, strong relationship skills, and the ability to originate opportunities and drive integrated propositions across the firm.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in technology risk and governance.
• Proven record of winning and expanding client work, originating opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgement with experience shaping proposals and managing engagement economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology risk and governance engagements and grow the North of England practice.
• Advise clients on risks arising from technology, transformation and digital change.
• Originate opportunities through personal relationships and cross-firm collaboration.
• Help shape the regional growth plan and lead team development.
• Deliver high-quality client service and ensure governance and resilience in client systems.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and risk committees.
