You will work as part of our rapidly growing Tax Technology & Innovation team. KPMG is investing $5bn over 5 years in technology. You will lead a team at the forefront of industry change, helping clients adapt and leverage technological advances to manage their tax obligations effectively.

You will oversee a portfolio of projects and propositions, leading business analysts and project delivery leads to develop innovative solutions for tax challenges. Collaboration with leadership in tax and technology is essential to align with our business strategy. Prior experience in tax or accounting is not mandatory but beneficial.

Role Overview

• Build and lead a team of business analysts and project managers/delivery personnel
• Engage with clients and senior leadership to understand business vision and challenges, and identify how technology services can assist
• Manage scope and priorities across your portfolio, ensuring high standards and proper prioritization
• Train your team and coordinate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of project vision and adherence to timelines
• Conduct steering and working group sessions with clients and stakeholders
• Track and realize business benefits across the portfolio
• Explain complex processes simply to tax teams and clients
• Manage the portfolio development budget and future pipeline requests
• Translate complex user experiences into software requirements

Experience and Background

• Experience managing a portfolio of products or data services
