Do you want to play a key role in our sustainability reporting?

Bring your experience to the table and help shape our annual reporting and beyond. You will be part of a team of highly engaged sustainability professionals working across the group on all relevant sustainability topics.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as Sustainability’s direct liaison with Finance and Communication on reporting
  • Lead the Double Materiality Assessment process with support from Finance and provide recommendations to top management
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure compliance with CSRD and ESRS
  • Support the creation of the sustainability narrative for Annual Reporting and Modern Slavery reporting
  • Define external sustainability measurement to demonstrate impact
  • Stay updated on current and emerging sustainability reporting standards
  • Ensure clear roles & responsibilities within reporting workstreams

Additionally, respond to growing requests from key customers regarding sustainability by collating information, providing relevant responses, and liaising with communications and commercial teams.

Team Context

Environmental Sustainability (ES) is a globally based team leading strategic planning and impact initiatives, led by our Chief Sustainability Officer reporting to the CEO. This role is part of the Human Rights, Reporting and Responsible Sourcing team.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Relevant certifications in Program Management or similar
  • Strong knowledge of CSRD
  • Extensive experience in Sustainability Reporting and communication skills
  • Experience with Double Materiality Assessments in large organizations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strategic oversight
  • Deep insights into sustainability domains
  • Excellent collaboration and engagement skills
  • Dedicated and ambitious mindset
