BBVA RED EXTERIOR DE OFICINAS is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Product Risk team within Corporate & Investment Banking. The role focuses on independent underwriting, approval and ongoing monitoring of complex Structured Trade Finance transactions across EMEA, US and other markets.

The successful candidate will provide independent credit judgement, challenge transaction structures, and work with Origination, Structuring, Legal and Distribution to develop sound financing solutions while

Qualificações

Extensive experience in Structured Trade Finance or related risk areas.
Experience with cross-border structured trade and credit risk assessment.
Ability to present to senior credit committees and influence decisions.
Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Independently assess and approve Structured Trade Finance transactions across multiple markets.
Evaluate obligor, transaction, collateral, cash flow and risk; determine risk ratings and conditions.
Challenge transaction structures, collateral arrangements, cash flow mechanics and legal documentation.
Prepare recommendations for transactions requiring higher approval.
Monitor the Structured Trade Finance portfolio for emerging risks and indicators.
Collaborate with Origination, Structuring, Legal and Distribution to develop sound financing solutions.
