The Senior Manager Specialized Infrastructure Global Delivery oversees Project Management, Program Management Office, and infrastructure teams, ensuring global delivery of infrastructure products with quality and efficiency. The role involves implementing SAFe methodology, leading teams, and managing service operations.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Support project managers and monitor project progress.
2. Program Management Office (PMO): Manage the PMO, develop standardized processes, and foster continuous improvement.
3. Infrastructure Product Delivery: Ensure quality and successful delivery of infrastructure products globally, addressing barriers and implementing quality standards.
4. SAFe Implementation: Implement and guide SAFe practices across teams, providing training and measuring effectiveness.
5. Leadership: Lead a team of direct reports, engage stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
6. Service Operations: Oversee global service delivery, monitor performance, and collaborate across infrastructure teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, preferably in IT.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing a PMO and familiarity with SAFe and Agile.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry is a plus.
