Responsibilities
  • Drive collaboration with other subsidiaries of Schneider Electric across AVEVA World, Schneider Global Innovation Summit, and Tier 1 third-party events such as Hannover Messe and ADIPEC.
  • Work as part of the event project team on projects like AVEVA World and IGNITE (AVEVA Company kickoff).
  • Support regional marketing teams with the setup of AVEVA Days, ensuring efficiency, brand consistency, and regional relevance.
  • Assist the VP of Global Events with presentation preparation, research, and analytics to support event strategy.
  • Manage the Global Events budget, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee the digital experience for AVEVA World to maximize impact, engagement, and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the Event Delivery Team to identify key themes and products for representation at events.
  • Lead ad hoc projects as they arise.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead highly matrixed teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to manage multiple stakeholders and seek win-win solutions.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on innovation and process efficiency.
  • Experience working in large global organizations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
