Role overview
As a Senior Manager in Supply Chain, you’ll work as part of our team of problem-solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Our Consulting practice partners with clients to deliver sustainable business transformation. You will be part of a highly skilled, specialist team within a wider group of Operations professionals. You will be encouraged to initiate and develop new ideas for our clients. Our motivated team has a strong track record of delivering high-quality work to major international clients and has ambitious growth plans.
We are recruiting at the Manager level for this team based in London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, or Edinburgh.
This role is for you if:
You have extensive experience in a global supply chain environment from Manufacturing, Automotive, or Defence sectors.
You possess in-depth knowledge of smart manufacturing initiatives, including IoT, AI, and data analytics to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity.
You have strong expertise in implementing digital technologies within Supply Chain and Manufacturing, focusing on transactional platforms in logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing execution.
You have extensive experience of end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
You have managed large supply chain technology transformations, either as a consultant or in industry.
You understand process integration points between planning, execution, and distribution.
You have experience managing teams and leading project functions.
You approach work with adaptability and innovation, leveraging smart manufacturing technologies to improve operational efficiency.
You have proven experience with data, AI, and IoT platforms to drive innovation and performance in supply chain and manufacturing environments.
You possess excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
You have relevant industry or consulting experience.
Experience implementing AI solutions is highly beneficial.
