Take your career to the next level as the Senior Manager, Site/Civil Engineering at ATCS’s Largo, MD office. Lead innovative projects and mentor a high-performing team. Your expertise will drive solutions and your vision will shape the company’s growth and your professional development.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative technical land development design solutions that are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget
  • Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
  • Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development
  • Supporting business development efforts, including proposal strategy and marketing coordination
  • Hire and develop Site/Civil Engineers at various levels, serving as a trusted leader and mentor
  • Work closely with other ATCS offices to align goals, share resources, and support multi-disciplinary projects

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
  • MD Professional licensure required
  • 15+ years of technical experience in commercial, residential, industrial or retail land development projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Proven experience leading teams and mentoring staff
  • Strong client network with private-sector builders, developers, and landowners, as well as local agencies in Maryland
  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to effectively oversee staff, projects, and multiple priorities

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $203,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual management bonus, with a target of 10% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family.
