Job summary

Space Executive in London seeks a Senior Manager to join its Sell-Side Advisory (SSA) practice. You will lead operational and technology assessments and engage with investment banks, portfolio companies and corporate owners to sharpen the equity story during diligence.

The role requires building the London practice through strategy, recruitment and team development, with a hands-on leadership style and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in strategy, technology and/or operations in cross-functional teams.
• Proven background in sell-side advisory, exit readiness, or due diligence.
• Full, permanent right to work in the UK and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transaction Services teams with executive presence before C-suite and private equity.
• Manage relationships with banks, co-advisors, PE and corporate owners.
• Coach executives to articulate value from tech and operations during diligence.
• Drive practice development, pricing, and team growth in London.
