Job summary

FRP Group, a leading UK advisory firm, seeks an Associate Director/Director of Corporate Finance to specialise in special situations M&A in London. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a deep background in SS M&A and professional services.

You will lead buy- and sell-side transactions, oversee due diligence, valuation, and structuring, mentor a finance team, and maintain strong client relationships while driving growth and delivering expert advisory.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Extensive corporate finance and SSM&A experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions.
• Strong financial modelling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SSM&A transactions from inception to completion on both buy-side and sell-side.
• Develop strategic recommendations for clients and present them to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance team of finance professionals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
