What You’ll Do

1. Architect end-to-end SAP solutions that solve real business challenges.
2. Lead and contribute to major SAP bids, ensuring solution integrity and client confidence.
3. Drive the transition from sales to delivery — de-risking programmes through strong design leadership.
4. Act as the trusted advisor to clients and internal teams across industries and geographies.
5. Mentor junior talent and contribute to capability development across the SAP practice.

What You Bring

1. Deep SAP expertise across key S/4HANA functional areas (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), with strong cross-module integration understanding.
2. End-to-end delivery experience on complex SAP transformations, ideally in a consulting environment.
3. Solution architecture leadership—able to define target architectures, guide design, and ensure overall coherence.
4. Pre-sales and bid leadership, including shaping proposals, responding to RFPs/ITTs, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder management excellence, with the ability to engage at C-level, influence decision-making, and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams.
6. Familiarity with adjacent SAP tools such as BTP, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors or SAP Analytics.
7. Commercial awareness, balancing innovation, feasibility, and value creation.
