Job summary

Moore Scarrott is seeking a Senior Manager for the Rural Team. You will oversee a team of accountants, manage your own client portfolio across accounting, tax and commercial advice, and work with partners to grow the rural client base.

Ideal candidates hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/ ACA/ ICAEW) and have 2–3 years post-qualification experience, with a proactive, ethical approach and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ ACA/ ICAEW) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification practice experience.
• Experience leading a team and managing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Rural accountant team including trainees, qualified and senior accountants.
• Manage your own client portfolio across accounting, tax and business advisory.
• Drive growth and develop the rural team client portfolio through partner liaison.
