About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager for our Restaurants & QSR offering at Butlin’s Skegness. You will oversee 10 outlets, including Burger King, Papa Johns, Subway, Costa, Chopstix, and our own Firehouse, Diner, and Beachcomber. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, team leadership, and maintaining brand standards.

This senior role involves inspiring venue and duty managers, ensuring guest satisfaction, monitoring performance, costs, and team development. You will utilize data and feedback for improvements, manage rotas and budgets, and collaborate with resort leadership to meet guest demand.

Ideal candidates will have solid leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B, a hands-on approach, ability to balance financial targets with service quality, and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

About You

You should have proven experience managing multiple restaurants or QSR operations, a passion for guest experience, and be comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks. Motivating and developing large teams, managing budgets, P&L, and using data for improvements are essential skills.

Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for hospitality are required. If you are commercially savvy, energetic, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you.
