Radiant is building AI-native infrastructure and is launching its first US project from the ground up. This founding role requires delivering end-to-end results, owning GC/EPC relationships, and establishing planning, permitting, and stakeholder networks across the US.

You will recruit and lead the on-site team, coordinate portfolio reviews, and guide cross-functional delivery with executive stakeholders. Adaptability and a hands-on approach are valued as Radiant scales in a new region.

As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one — who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and GCs, EPCs, utilities, ISOs/RTOs and local/state authorities in Radiant's first US market.

What You'll Do

You'll own delivery of Radiant's first US project end to end, building the US region from the ground up, this is a founding role for the US business, not a caretaker seat.

What You Bring:

• Experience delivering data centre, energy or large infrastructure projects in the US.
• Comfort being the first and only Radiant leader on the ground in a new region.
• Working knowledge of US utility, ISO/RTO and state entitlement processes.
• We're hiring for founding energy and adaptability, not a large team you've historically managed.
• Deep, first‑hand knowledge of the US data centre market.
• Strong existing supply chain relationships — beyond GCs and EPCs — to help Radiant secure the best partners as the US region scales.
• East Coast preferred for time zone crossover with the London HQ team, though candidates from anywhere in the US will be considered.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Existing relationships with US GCs, EPCs, utilities or colocation operators.
• Experience across multiple US states' entitlement/incentive regimes.
• Experience standing up a new region or market for a scaling company.
