A reputable HR consultancy company in Glasgow seeks a Senior Manager, Recruitment for a 2-year contract with potential for a permanent role. Job description

Background:

My client in the social service sector is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruitment to collaborate with various stakeholders, offering HR insights and strategic guidance on workforce-related matters. The role also involves supporting the implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and processes across areas such as talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR operations.

This will be a 2-year contract to start, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.


Job Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the business to address all HR-related matters, including recruitment and conversion, secondment, re-employment, and other ad-hoc manpower needs.

· Handle and resolve employee relations issues throughout the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit.

· Conduct ground sensing to identify people-related needs and deliver suitable HR solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

· Partner with internal HR functional teams to implement HR policies at the business unit level.

· Offer expert guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and employment laws.

· Drive and support business performance by implementing appropriate HR strategies.

· Undertake other ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines.

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, in-house recruitment, Business Analytics OR Business Partnering.

· Proficient in Workday HRIS.

· Prior experience working in the public sector.

· Only Singaporeans.
