The Opportunity: As a Senior Manager of RWDS, you will lead analytical research and conduct Real-World Data (RWD) studies throughout various project stages. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Medical Affairs, Development, and Safety, to execute observational studies and enhance RWD and analytics capabilities within a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Program and analyze observational studies using in-house RWD.
  2. Contribute to study documents such as protocols, analysis plans, and reports.
  3. Ensure efficient planning, execution, and reporting of analyses.
  4. Advise on data access partnerships as a subject matter expert.
  5. Maintain best practices for data analysis methods and tools.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or master's in statistics, data science, pharmacoepidemiology, or similar.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or health sciences industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS or R; Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with diverse RWD study types and data visualization.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, UK, following a hybrid working model. Candidates must be within commuting distance of London.
