Drive commercial objectives by effectively managing the PandL for the Client Portfolio, including revenue targets, billable utilisation rates, and cash collections.
Foster a client service mentality and strong business development culture within the team, actively participating in client visits and fee reviews.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while staying abreast of industry changes.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with intermediaries and internal contacts.
