Your Role in a Nutshell

As a Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics & Market Insights, you will foster a culture of innovation and growth, working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to deliver actionable insights that enhance business growth and market positioning. You'll also play a pivotal role in influencing organizational development and strategic decision-making across the business.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of data models to assess the impact of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of market data, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior trends and use these insights to support strategic decision-making and improve market positioning.
  • Lead the generation of insights from complex datasets to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the regional analytics team to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring that advanced tools and methodologies are in place for effective data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Influence and mentor cross-functional teams in adopting best practices for data utilization and insight-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement regular reports and dashboards to track company performance, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market trends.
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization by sharing knowledge, trends, and best practices related to analytics, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Need

Minimum:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive background in analytics, market intelligence, or a similar role, with a focus on pricing and promotion.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytics and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
