Role Summary:

LSEG is building a truly product-led, customer-centric People Insights capability. As Senior Manager, People Insights Business Intelligence Lead, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Business Intelligence products—setting strategy, driving implementation, adoption, maintenance, and leading a high-impact analytics squad. You will transform raw workforce data into actionable insight products that inform leaders across LSEG.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product ownership
    • Define and execute the roadmap for all People Insights dashboards, from concept to retirement.
    • Run backlog, sprint and release ceremonies; embed product rituals (north-star metrics, user research, A/B testing).
  2. Customer-centric design
    • Partner with People, Finance, Risk, Operations, and business-line leaders to surface requirements and translate them into intuitive insights products.
    • Champion clean UI/UX, clear documentation, and self-service enablement.
  3. Team leadership
    • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Power BI developers, driving high performance, experimentation, and continuous learning.
    • Set performance goals and create growth paths for each team member.
  4. Technical ownership & scaling
    • Oversee data modeling pipelines and DevOps for Power BI workspaces through Alteryx and PowerQuery.
    • Collaborate with Corporate Data Engineering, Data Governance, and wider group stakeholders to integrate critical sources (Workday, Snowflake, Viva Insights, ServiceNow, etc.).
  5. Measurement & governance
    • Define KPIs for adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Group data privacy requirements, and EDI-reporting standards.

Required Experience:

  1. Experience
    • Significant experience in BI/analytics, with specific focus on people or workforce data.
    • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale Power BI (or comparable) platforms.
    • Experience in agile product-management methodology.
  2. Technical Capabilities
    • Expert in Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, Alteryx.
    • Experience in SQL; and familiarity with Workday, Snowflake, and other People Analytics platforms (Visier, OneModel, Crunchr, etc.).
    • Additional experience with Viva Insights, Python/R, data-catalogue or MDM tooling would be a plus.
    • Relentlessly customer-focused, data-driven, and outcome-oriented.
    • Inclusive leader who develops people and builds diverse, high-trust teams.
    • Comfortable operating in a complex, highly regulated, global organization.
