As a Senior Manager, People & Culture, EMEA South & West, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote a growth mindset, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success. The position will be based in Bradford, UK.

In this role you would be expected to

  • Foster a Thriving Workplace Culture : Design and implement impactful initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment, aligned with our core values.
  • Drive Strategic People Agendas : Lead efforts in diversity, cultural transformation, talent development, and continuous improvement of ways of working within the country.
  • Elevate Talent Attraction and Engagement : Strengthen talent pipelines and enhance the availability of key capabilities in the country. Champion programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Localize and Execute Strategic Programs : Implement global and regional strategic initiatives tailored to local market needs and organizational priorities.
  • Enable Strategic Growth : Act as a key driver in executing new projects that align with both regional ambitions and overarching organizational goals, serving as a strategic enabler for future success.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence : Ensure the provision of compliant, efficient, and high-quality people & culture data and day-to-day operational services, including payroll and benefits for the UK sites.
  • Lead with Empathy and Integrity : Manage and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on building trust across the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar kind of role, ideally gained within unionised environment, with a strong understanding of best practices in the field fo People & Culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching and interpersonal skills in English.
  • A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
