The Boeing Company's Learning and Development (L&D) organisation is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Organisational Development (OD). This role will lead transformational initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness. The leader will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and aligning strategic initiatives, and leading a growing team of subject matter experts (SMEs) within the Organisational Development team. The selected candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of organisational health, culture, and effectiveness to identify areas for improvement (below Exco level)

  • Design and implement initiatives tied to change management, organisational effectiveness, strategy alignment, teaming, adoption, and organizational design to drive transformation

  • Execute and oversee delivery of OD projects, ensuring they are effective and meet desired outcomes

  • Lead and manage team of OD SMEs, providing guidance, development opportunities, and support

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that drives innovation and results

  • Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organisational challenges, align OD strategies, and promote adoption of new frameworks and best practices

  • Measure the effectiveness of OD interventions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in organisational design, learning and development, or related roles

  • 5+ years of experience in change management

  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high performing teams in fast paced environments

  • 5+ years of facilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Development, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Proven experience in conducting organisational assessments and implementing strategic initiatives
