Responsibilities:

1. Act as a single point of contact for operational execution across all omnichannel campaigns for brands promoted in European, APAC markets.
2. Responsible for tactical planning and execution based on the established omnichannel strategy for priority product/brand launches.
3. Ensure tactical plans are executed with quality, accuracy, urgency, and on-time/on-quality delivery.

Your Background:

• Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations within a large, complex organization, including omnichannel marketing management, campaign planning, and budget tracking.
• Familiar with content management systems, marketing asset specifications, templates, and workflows.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, eWizzard, and SFMC is a plus.
• Experience with AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.

Location: This role is based at our client's site in Uxbridge, with at least 50% onsite work and 50% remote, averaging 5 days onsite over 2 weeks.
