Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Services for the Mining Industry to lead teams and deliver environmental risk management and impact strategies for mining projects. You will oversee design and implementation of environmental management plans, biodiversity, decarbonization, tailings, and rehabilitation initiatives while supporting business development with mining clients across regions.

The role requires 7+ years in senior client-facing roles, fluency in English and another

Qualifications

7+ years in a senior client-facing management role on large mining/environmental projects.
5+ years working directly with mining companies as clients.
Fluency in English and at least one other language (French, Spanish, or Portuguese).
Masters in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Business Administration, International Development, Politics or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality results across complex mining ESG assignments.
Oversee proposal development, budgeting, planning, execution, and reporting for timely delivery.
Identify, engage, and manage partners and subcontractors to strengthen technical quality and capacity.
Manage partner/subcontractor performance to ensure contract compliance and outcomes.
Serve as Project Director, ensuring quality, budget oversight, and client relationships.
