Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Manager - Microsoft AI & Data Client Solutions Lead to scale our Microsoft AI and Data practice in the UK, shaping strategic opportunities and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

You will partner with Microsoft, client executives, and EY's sector teams to design market-leading propositions, deliver large-scale AI and data programmes, and drive revenue growth through co-sell and alliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake ecosystem.
• Proven track record shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Solution Shaping: Understand strategic challenges and translate them into Microsoft‑led AI and data solutions.
• Team Leadership & Delivery: Build and mentor a high‑performing team; mobilise delivery.
• Alliance Leadership: Collaborate with Microsoft alliance to identify joint go‑to‑market opportunities.
• Sales & Growth: Develop differentiated propositions to grow AI & Data services pipeline.
• What Success Looks Like: Build a recognisable Microsoft AI & Data leader and drive joint pipeline.
